Ship repairing yard "Nerpa" is located in a bay
the Kut of Kola gulf in 30 kilometers to northwest from large seaport
and railway station of Murmansk (73 km. by the road). Due to a branch
of warm current Gulf Stream a bay Kut and the approaches to it are
ice-free even in conditions of severe polar winters. SRY "Nerpa"
has an exit to Northern Sea Way and also an opportunity of an all-the-year
sea exit to Atlantic. Except the sea-connections, the factory is
connected by automobile ways to all industrial centers of region
and has an exit to the international highways, connecting Murmansk
region to the countries of Scandinavia. The network of automobile
