The basic difference of
a cutter "NORD" from other serially let out cutters consists
in an optimum design of mouthpieces and amalgamator of gases located
in the head of cutter, ensuring:
- injection action of a jet of oxygen acting
in the amalgamator under much by the large pressure, than combustible
gas;
- economical consumption of consumed gases;
- effectiveness of cutting on rather low, average and high pressure
of oxygen and combustible gas;
- reduction of working pressure of oxygen during the cutting
of metal by thickness from 3 up to 150 mm;
- high cleanliness of cutting;
- small width of cutting;
- high stability to return impacts;
- short time (2-4 сек) разогрева of metal in the beginning of
cutting.
Manufacturing cutters have three different lengths: 535 мм, 800
мм, 1000 мм и с тремя вариантами наклона головок: 0 град., 70 град.,
90 град. Комплектуются смесителями, мундштуками и гильзами в зависимости
от используемого горючего газа.
Technical characteristics
The main specifications of gas-cutters are reduced in the table 1 and 2 according with type of used combustion gas (acetylene or propane-butane).
Kit of delivery.
Kit of gas-cutter's delivery consists from following:
Gas-cutter in the assembled aspect - 1 pieces.
Internal mouthpieces # 0A, 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A on 1 pieces.(for work on acetylene)
Internal mouthpieces # 0P, 1P, 2P, 3P, 4P, 5P, 6P on 1 pieces.(for work on propane)
Cylinder liner # 0A, 1A, 2A (for acetylenes) on 1 pieces.
Cylinder liner # 0P, 1P, 2P (for prorane - butane) on 1 pieces.
Mixers # 0A, 1A (for acetylenes) on 1 pieces.
Mixers # 0P, 1P (for propane - butane) on 1 pieces
Passport - 1 pieces.
Packaging - 1 pieces
Notice: the completeness of delivery of internal mouthpieces,
cylinder liners and mixers is stipulated at the booking.
The gas-cutter manufactured according to the engineering specifications
on its fabrication and is recognized suitable for exploitation.
