DISMANTLEMENT |
|
The
next important direction of enterprise activity is dismantlement
of submarines, ships and vessels that have outlived its usefulness,
to metal scrap. Since 1994 SRY "Nerpa" was pointed as the main enterprise
on Kola Peninsula for dismantlement of nuclear submarines, that
were put out from Navy division.
For this task execution at the enterprise, the dismantlement complex
with American technological facilities use was built. Commissioning
of this complex allows to speed up and to make cheaper the dismantling
process. Its design capacity is 6 submarines per one year. Now the
metal cutting complex with high-producing guillotine is in operation
(73 mt of metal scrap per hour). Delivery of metal scrap has been
made by floating vessel or by automobiles.
Ship Repairing Yard "Nerpa" successfully dismantles civil vessels
and floating facilities such as fishing vessels, dry-cargoes, tugboats
etc.
Shipment of scrap metal received by way of recycling of ships and
vessels is carried out to the consumers round the clock
Additionally, yard is carry
out selling of dismanting products as - base
metals (copper, brass, aluminium-magnesium group), titanium, copper
cable, electrical parts from dismantled equipment, picture tubes
, radio valve, second-hand electical motors, listed rubber (type
NPPRK), ancher chains and etc. Shipping equipment is described here. |
